At Remotive, we want you to feel confident trying our subscription service. If it is not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Remotive subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
This applies to both monthly and annual plans on your first subscription purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team by emailing support@remotive.com with the email address associated with your Remotive account. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued as account credit by default. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, let us know and we will accommodate your request. This mainly applies to monthly subscriptions.

Annual Plans After the 14-Day Window
If you purchased an annual plan and your 14-day money-back window has passed, you may still contact us. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the time elapsed and usage of the service. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, or you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us. We handle renewal refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair outcome.
Your Rights Under EU Law
Remotive is operated by a company registered in France. Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this legal requirement. You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund within this period.
For EU consumers, the withdrawal period begins on the day the subscription contract is concluded (i.e., the date of your initial purchase).
Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are responsive and committed to resolving issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional complications for both parties.
