How Do We Work
Remotive is a mostly asynchronous distributed team. We prefer to communicate via email, Slack, and Loom.
Our 5-people team is based in the Americas and Europe. We don't have set hours, but we try to be as responsive as possible during working hours in EST and CET Monday through Friday.
For the past two years, we have slowed down as a team for the end of the year (from December 22/23 through the first Monday of the New Year). We might take a bit longer to reply if you write us between those dates, but we will get back to you!
