How to Reactivate Your Subscription

If you previously canceled your subscription or lost access to the premium features of our platform and would like to start using our services again, you can easily reactivate your account in just a few steps.


There are two possible situations depending on your account status. Please find the relevant steps below.



1. You cancelled your subscription and want to activate it again

If you previously cancelled your subscription and now want to resume access:

  1. Go to Remotive.com
  2. Click the “Unlock All Jobs” button
  3. Follow the same signup flow as when you created your account
  4. When asked for your email address, enter the same email you used previously
  5. Choose and pay for your preferred subscription plan

Once completed, your account will be reactivated and you can continue using the service where you left off.



2. You still have an active subscription, but lost access due to payment issues

If your subscription was not cancelled but access is blocked due to a failed payment:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Manage Billing
  3. Update your payment method
  4. The pending payment will be processed automatically

Once the payment is completed, your premium access will be restored.
